Town will be looking to win three league games in a row for the first time since the end of the 2008/09 season when Sheffield United visit Portman Road on Saturday. Manager Paul Jewell will hope his side’s growing confidence will see them to a victory over the struggling Blades.

Town trio Caolan Lavery (pictured), Josh Carson and Rory McKeown have been named in the Northern Ireland squad for a UEFA U19 Championships qualifying round mini-tournament in Germany which starts next week. Striker Lavery recently made his first appearances for Northern Ireland having previously played for Canada, the country of his birth.

Vemund Brekke Skard became the 50th overseas player to make a senior appearance for the Blues when he came on as a late sub at Crystal Palace on Saturday. Skard is also the first Norwegian ever to play for Town, the 19th non-British or Irish nationality to represent the club.
